My numbers have been ported out finally and of course 3 different teams are bouncing me around again to cancel my service. Aircall is also a big help when it comes to improving customer relationships. There's a lot of competition in this space - stay AWAY from Aircall.io. This is a horribly run company, very greedy, does not care about customers once they've signed up. They won't escalate your requests, their support will just stick to their call script. No other competitors require a 1-year contract. They'll take your money, demand that you're locked in to a 1 year contract, despite no contract actually addressing the term, early termination, or that there is NO WAY to early terminate. Customer service and billing is horrible. Avoid these guys - Find a competitor if you don't want pain ![]()
